Our Refund Policy
While we hope you will be delighted with your order, we will be happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on unopened products returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected. Opened products will not be accepted for return.
When you return a product to us, we will issue the refund to you once the product has been receipted back into our warehouse. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, excluding the delivery charges for sending the item to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Additional Information
Your return request will be processed within 1 - 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after we receive it. We will email you to confirm we received it and that your return or exchange request is being processed. Any replacement products will be shipped to you via standard shipping.
We will refund the original form of payment to the original purchaser within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your return. We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges.
